Men's Fellowship Fishing Derby and BBQ!
2008 Annual Bass Fishing Tournament!
In conjunction with the opening of the Bass fishing season this year KGT is holding its annual fishing derby on the 28th of June. The day promises to be challenging, exciting and truly enjoyable.
This year's event will consist of three-man teams and will feature entertaining opportunities for all participants. There will be prizes for the top teams in each category, as well as for the individual largest overall catch. THe cost to participates will be $25 and is limited to the first 50 participants.

Men´s
Fellowship dinner takes place on the second
Wednesday of each month from September to June at Smitty's
Restaurant at 5:30pm.
Smitty's is located at 2376 Princess Street. Next to
Chapters. 613-549-5212
This is a great time of food and fellowship. We've
had some great meals and great sharing from a number
of local brothers. Together we share a reverence for
the Lord and a desire for him to move mightily in our
lives, our families and our workplaces.
Bring someone along and enjoy an inspiring devotional
that challenges and motivates men in their faith journey.

Vardit
Zafri A special thanks to Vardit for sharing with
us. The Men's Fellowship group hosted Special guest
Vardit Zafri. She brought a a special word about her
work and persepctive on current issues regarding the
nation of Israel.
Joseph
Haddad
Thanks to Mr. Haddad for coming to visit the Temple's
Men's fellowship. We invited the women of the church
to join the men to come together for a pot blessing
supper and to listen to the unqiue story of our special
guest speaker.
Our Very Special Guest speaker was Joseph Haddad. As
an 22 year old Arab Christian in Israel, he is not required
by law to serve in the military. However he is among
several hundred Arab citizens of Israel who volunteer
to serve. He served in the Elite Golani Brigade and
is one of 300 volunteer Arabs living in Israel who volunteer
to serve Israel.
During last summers war with Lebanon he was severely
injured. Thank-you Joseph for giving your inspiring
testimony!!
