Pastor’s Pen
Dear Church Family
Once again we are reminded by the following e-mail of the importance of friendliness and hospitality. Let us all continue there-in.
Rev. Blackmore and KGT family,
This past year I was a student at Queen’s University’s Faculty of Education. Upon my acceptance, I immediately began searching for a Spirit-filled church that I could attend and make my home during my year away. I came across your church on the internet and decided to make KGT my church while in Kingston. I just wanted to say a big thank-you for welcoming me into your midst and for allowing me to worship along side of with you. I truly enjoyed my experience and was often encouraged through the testimonies and sermons. Once again, thank-you for ministering to students like myself, who want to be connected to a spiritual family. My fiancé also attended several services while visiting me and felt the same connection I had with KGT. We have actually just accepted a pastorship in Brantford and are excited for what’s in store for our future. My desire for our church is that it would be welcoming to students found in a similar place as myself. I would ask for your prayers as we begin our journey in ministry.
In Christ,
Priscilla Laramee and Jonathan Manna
